Mamas Farmhouse - Pigeon Forge, Tn
One resturant I have to review is Mamas Farmhouse in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a must try resturant where I promise you will not leave hungry and if you do something is wrong. At this resturant for dinner you will get three meats brought to your table along with 4 sides that you get to pick. You will also have the option to start with a salad or soup of the day. The salads are just basic with lettuce, cucumber and tomato with your choice of dressing. They also bring homemade buttermilk biscuits to the table with some really good homemade preserves. The meats that are served change daily, besides fried chicken cause it is served everyday, and all meats are served on platters and the vegetables are served in bowls for the whole table to share. Once you run out of a certain side or meat they will keep bringing more until you are done. Even though you will definatley be full after all this food, this meal also comes with dessert! You will get a choice of cobbler and ice cream, banana pudding, or a cookie. This meal is amazing and we have drove to Pigeon Forge ( 3 1/2 hr drive) just to eat at Mamas Farmhouse.
They also serve lunch which is 2 different meats daily along with 4 sides of your choice, soup or salad, and dessert along with homemade biscuits and preserves.
And who could forget about breakfast! This breakfast is HUGE and you will definatley leave getting your moneys worth. During breakfast hours it is an all you can eat that consist of pinwheels, chocolate gravy, chicken tenders, homemade biscuits, peach or strawberry butter, hash brown casserole, apple wood bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, sausage patties, cheese grits, and sausage gravy. These will also be served platter style to your table and you can keep asking for more as the plates get empty.
To drink they serve really good sweet tea or Pepsi products. Also at the end of the meal they have a toy chest at the front that the kids can choose a prize from. The resturant is always super clean and the staff has always been super friendly. Here are a few menus that I hope will help you plan what day to try this delicious place that's off the main drag in Pigeon Forge. I would also suggest to check their website or facebook if you are planning a trip because I know their hours have been changing since the Covid pandemic hit. Please leave us a comment on your thoughts of this resturant if you have been.
* Unfortunley I did not get food pictures from our last trip because we dug into the food too quick!*
